Mind My MS – Get The Support You Need

The MS Society, in association with local charities, and funded by The Big Lottery are working together through the Mind My MS project to help improve your emotional wellbeing through counselling, mindfulness, and social meet ups.
All services are delivered remotely on Zoom or over the telephone. They’re available to anyone living with MS in Northern Ireland.
Counselling
Action Mental Health New Life Counselling deliver up to 6 free counselling sessions per person on Skype, Zoom or over the telephone.
Mindfulness
Aware NI offer a mindfulness programme will be delivered to groups of people with MS and each programme is delivered over eight weekly 1 hour sessions on Zoom.
MS Connect Cafés
These virtual café meet ups run on Zoom.
Amongst other events they include:
- A younger person’s café; and
- Ask the expert café
These are monthly informal gatherings where you can meet other people living with MS in a relaxed and friendly environment. It’s an opportunity to make connections, support one another and have a coffee together, if only virtually for now.

Blossoms Belfast is a charitable organisation run by Trinity Church & partners, offering support to single mothers & their newborn babies in Belfast.
Hampers including nappies, blankets, new clothes and hygiene items for mother and baby are a lifeline to new mums struggling to meet the needs of their baby.
The idea is to reach out to new parents who are in some way finding life a challenge from young and single mums to homeless families
