Country Cookery Classes with Joanna Neeson (First Class Free)
Joanna Neeson founder of Wyse Bites (What You Should Eat) has worked as a chef for 20+ years and has a BA in food science. Originally from Dublin, but now residing in Cookstown Co Tyrone, she is wife to Mark and mum to 5 boys. Through Wyse Bites Joanna runs a wide variety of cooking demos and healthy eating workshops for all ages and abilities in schools and community groups. Having pivoted the business to online throughout 2020, she is now known for her digital cook-a-longs, helping people all over NI and the Republic of Ireland to sharpen up on their cooking skills.
About the event
Joanna will deliver a 5-part series of weekly cookery classes which viewers can cook along to and prepare healthy wholesome family meals. Each class starts at 7 pm and will last approx 1 hour. Replays of each of the classes will be available.
- Week 1: Lemon Drizzle Cake (Free Access)
- Week 2: Cottage Pie
- Week 3: Spinach And Ricotta Cannelloni And Homemade Garlic Bread
- Week 4: Chicken Korma With Rice And Yeast Free Garlic Naan Bread
- Week 5: Beef and Guinness Pie & Champ

You can register for the Free Live Class on Monday 15th February at 7 pm. This will then be followed by 4 live classes are on Monday 22nd February, 1ST, 8th, and 15th March 2021. The cost of the 4 classes is £29.95, including access to the replays. All classes start at 7 pm
