Coping with M.E., Fibromyalgia and a Pandemic with Vivian McKinnon| Tue 2 Feb | 18:30 – 20:30 GMT
Hosted by Hope 4 ME & Fibro Northern Ireland
The charity is replacing monthly meetings in Newry by providing specialist speakers online by Zoom, until COVID-19 social distancing rules are lifted.
Patients, their family members, carers and healthcare providers are all most welcome.
The Zoom meeting this month will be focusing on learning new stress reduction techniques, including acceptance, kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others, while dealing with M.E. and Fibromyalgia, during these unprecedented times we live in.
The meeting will be taken by Vivian McKinnon. Vivian is an inspirational speaker and founder of Hydro-ease, Northern Ireland’s regional coordinator for SMART Recovery UK and Wellness Consultant N.I.
6.30pm – 7.00pm – The zoom meeting room will be opened to allow attendees time to join.
AGM will take place this month and we will also have Charity updates during this time.
7.00pm – 8.00pm – Vivian McKinnon’s presentation, followed by questions.
8.00pm – 8.30pm – After the main presentations, attendees are welcome to remain for a general group chat, facilitated by HOPE committee members
We welcome all and we look forward to meeting you!
